(Details concerning activities and events occurring during the Conference are found on the Conference Details page.) Dates for Quilt Art Rockies 2009 are January 26 through February 4. PLEASE NOTE: Deposits are payable immediately upon registration, up to November 1, 2008, after which tuition is due in full. Registrations are accepted until the day that workshops and seminar begin. A second choice selection is required for both all workshops. Every attempt will be made to ensure that you get your first choice. If your first choice is unavailable, we will place your name on a waiting list for your first choice and you will be registered in your second choice classes. Where applicable, a refund will be issued for differences in fees between your first and second choices. Quilt Art Rockies - Workshop Fees Studio Option: 2-days - $89 no lunches; $143 with lunches 3-days - $120 no lunches; $201 with lunches 5-days - $184 no lunches; $319 with lunches 2-day workshop, Session 1 or 2 - $299 no lunches; $353 with lunches 3-day workshop, Session 1 or 2 - $399 no lunches; $480 with lunches 5-day combined workshop, Session 1 or 2 - $649 no lunches; $784 with lunches Deposit & Registration Policies Please make cheques payable to The Sugar Pine Company. A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your space at Canadian Rockies Quilt Art Canmore Conference. Your reservation to attend is a guarantee of our commitment to the Canmore Radisson and our instructors. A Visa or MasterCard number or imprint is required upon registration for all classes. GST will be added to Conference fees. All fees are in Canadian dollars. You are welcome to make partial payments toward the balance of your Conference through November 1, 2008. Please contact Dean directly at The Sugar Pine Company to make payment arrangements. You can email Dean at orders@thesugarpine.com. The balance of the conference fees is due November 1, 2008. The amount owed will total your class fee, plus GST, less your $100 deposit. On November 1, 2008, all outstanding tuition fees will be automatically charged to your credit card. You will not be contacted by The Sugar Pine Company prior to processing your balance on November 1, 2008, so please note to expect the balance charged to your credit card at that time. After November 1, 2008, tuition is non-refundable. If you must cancel, refunds will not be given. Conference registration is transferable to another person of your choice. All cancellations must be in writing and prior to November 1, 2008. Following November 1, 2008, we will notify you by mail regarding which classes you are registered for, send supply lists for all classes as well as receipts and confirmation of your registration. All dollar amounts are in Canadian funds. The Sugar Pine Company reserves the right to refuse registration by any party at its sole discretion. Registrants accept full responsibility for their wellness & personal safety and for that of their belongings while en route and while in attendance at the Conference, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Sugar Pine Company Ltd., its principals, possessions, and representatives for any losses or injuries incurred. Registrants agree by signing below to accept all terms stated herein.
