PLEASE NOTE: Deposits are payable immediately upon registration, up to July 1, 2012, after which tuition is due in full. Registrations are accepted until the day that workshops begin. Quilt Art Rockies - Workshop Fees 2-day workshop - $329 3-day workshop - $445
5-day combined workshop - $689 Deposit & Registration Policies Please make cheques payable to The Sugar Pine Company. A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your space at Quilt Art Rockies. Your reservation to attend is a guarantee of our commitment to our instructors & workshop facilities. A Visa or MasterCard number or imprint is required upon registration for all classes. GST will be added to all workshop fees. All fees are in Canadian dollars. You are welcome to make partial payments toward the balance of your Quilt Art Rockies fees through July 1, 2012. Please contact Dean directly at The Sugar Pine Company to make payment arrangements. You can email Dean at orders@thesugarpine.com. The balance of the Quilt Art Rockies - Lura Schwarz Smith 2012 fees is due July 1, 2012. The amount owed will total your class fee, plus GST, less your $100 deposit (and any subsequent payments you may have made). Beginning July 1, 2012, all outstanding tuition fees will be charged to your credit card. You will not be contacted by The Sugar Pine Company prior to processing your balance on July 1, 2012, so please note to expect the balance charged to your credit card at that time. After July 1, 2012, tuition is non-refundable. If you must cancel, refunds will not be given. Quilt Art Rockies registration is transferable to another person of your choice. All cancellations must be in writing and prior to July 1, 2012. Following July 1, 2012, we will notify you regarding which classes you are registered for, send supply lists for all classes as well as receipts and confirmation of your registration. All dollar amounts are in Canadian funds. The Sugar Pine Company reserves the right to refuse registration by any party at its sole discretion. Registrants accept full responsibility for their wellness & personal safety and for that of their belongings while en route and while in attendance at Quilt Art Rockies, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Sugar Pine Company Ltd., its principals, possessions, and representatives for any losses or injuries incurred. Registrants agree by signing below to accept all terms stated herein.
