One workshop for beginners who want to expand their machine quilting skills We will practice many nifty techniques for straight-line, decorative, & free-motion quilting which will add beauty and sizzle to your quilts. 2 Fabric Applique

Needle-turn appliqué using the back basting method, all by hand! Work on perfect points, smooth curves and invisible appliqué stitches. You'll be amazed at how easy this technique is and how well your needle-turn edges will line up with the hidden lines of the design. A great transportable method to use on lots of appliqué projects. Have fun as you create your one-of-a-kind tote. This is a great bag made using 5" “charm” squares. The bag is about 11" x 14" and is 4" deep. The bag is fully lined with two roomy pockets on the inside, & a cut envelope shaped pocket on the outside. Pattern required.
